I'm having two browser issues. 

If you're viewing the site in Firefox 2.0.0.12, you'll note that the secondary navigational buttons are scooting off to the right.

Also, the horizontal rules that are dividing the articles are appearing quite normal in Dreamweaver yet are completely absent when viewing in ANY browser.

Also also, the dead-link "@" command is not functioning as intended.

Any ideas?
